Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We always strive for excellent service satisfaction and for each guest to leave the appointment feeling happy. In the rare event of a dissatisfying experience, we will stand by a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and offer full support in correcting the service until desired results are achieved. Clients must notify Ana Stylez within three days of the initial service to qualify for the complimentary correctional service.

Product Refund Policy
For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they’re unopened and unused, within 7 days of purchase. You may return an opened or used product within fourteen days to receive a partial refund of 75%.

At Ana Stylez, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority. All hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
